AÉSTA Data Submission Terms of Service (MVP)

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your submission of Personal Identifiable Information (PII) and Health Data ("Data") to AÉSTA Ltd. ("AÉSTA", "we", "us", "our") through our secure onboarding portals for the purpose of our MVP (Minimum Viable Product) program.

1. Purpose of Data Collection

You agree to provide Data to AÉSTA for the sole purpose of enabling us to:

• Contact you regarding your interest in AÉSTA's services.
• (If you proceed to Health Data submission) Analyze your anonymized or pseudonymized health data to generate preliminary, personalized health and nutritional insights as part of our MVP.

2. Your Responsibilities

• You warrant that any Data you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
• When submitting Health Data, you agree to make a reasonable effort to remove any directly identifying PII from the files, as per our instructions.
• You understand that the insights provided during the MVP are for informational and educational purposes and are not medical advice.

3. Data Handling and Security

We are committed to protecting your Data. Please refer to our Data Submission Privacy Policy (MVP) for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.

For health data uploads, we implement client-side encryption where possible to enhance security during transit to our secure storage.

4. No Medical Advice

AÉSTA does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The insights generated are based on the Data you provide and current research. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AÉSTA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your participation in this MVP or use of any preliminary insights.

6. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes.
